ACTM has partnered with Ritech Inc to develop a system that monitors real-time production line metrics and can inform management immediately when problems occur or are about to occur.

It is a simple, low cost, scalable system designed to help implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives. It provides:

• real time access to production data for plant and management personnel,
• plant floor data collection and analysis tools,
• plant floor operator input and feedback,
• automatic escalation and notification of plant issues, and
• reports that may be used to provide detailed fault analysis, and to improve processes, efficiencies, quality, and productivity.

The system is based upon Operator Interface modules (OPI) that are easily connected to manufacturing machines or assembly workstations throughout a factory, and the MPM software that runs on a PC. The software allows you to do more than just generate reports and store data at the end of the shift.



The MPM system also allows real time communication with:
